Liked: Location was great: very personable and helpful staff; good size room with French balcony; excellent breakfast and rooftop bar area with fabulous view a great way to start and end the day; large, comfy bed; beautiful spa and small, but functional gym.
Disliked: The sign outside is very hard to see and our taxi drive right past it!

Liked: Hotel was in excellent location, walking distance to restaurants, bars, cafes and shops, great rooftop bar and restaurant with view of city and water, amazing range st breakfast buffet, helpful and friendly staff.
Disliked: Nothing not to like

Liked: The staff at reception were very friendly and accommodating of my requests. The location is perfect for exploring Lisbon
Disliked: The spa and pool area need to be improved in particular the steam room and sauna

Liked: Staff were great. Very friendly and personable. Great bar and restaurant with view. Excellent breakfast
Disliked: I don't think there was anything. Maybe 2 bottles of each drink in their free minibar? They got our omlette order wrong (no big deal for us - still delicious - I'm sure you fould have returned it)

Great hotel, perfect location, comfy...

Liked: Very clean, perfect location, comfy and big bed, very nice staff. Rooftop restaurant and bar very nice. We got a welcome drink at our choice at their bar. We got a discount in the spa and massage, which was great. We only stayed for 1 days for our layover, but it was perfect, wish we were staying longer.
