Central and clean hotel.

Liked: Hotel is in a good area to get around the town centre. The pool was a bonus to use after walking around the city all day.
Disliked: Standard room was small. Tried to upgrade many times for our 4 night stay but nothing was available. Also sink wasn’t very big if you need to do a bit of hand washing. Nice hotel & staff very helpful to help plan your day.

Liked: Great location. Good on-site facilities. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Very slow check-in. (45 min)Housekeeping issues: I stayed for 6 nights. Despite hanging out “please clean my room” sign every day, there were 2 nights my room was not cleaned. And 4 out of the 6 nights my minibar fridge was not restocked and I had to go down to reception each time to ask for restock (no one picks up the in-room phone either).
