3rd Stay in 6 Months,...

Liked: Easy parking and well located for Congelton. Third stay in 6 months.
Disliked: Same room - smelt musty on entry this time. Short staffed -usually 8 in the bar/restaurant only 2 for dinner! Pizza's burned, lack luster breakfast. The owners need to get a grip, trying to cut costs compromising guest's experiences. Lack of staff is the main issue.

Best in Congleton

Very nice hotel

Liked: I booked this for some male family members who went to Congleton for an event. They all said the hotel was lovely, rooms were fab and very comfortable.
Disliked: The 2 young male members of staff who were working at the hotel were rude and had bad attitudes.
