Liked: Very conveniently located to the amphitheater (only 1.4 miles away, and right on the same road as the amphitheatre). The bathrooms were obviously newly remodeled. Nice shower, toilet, and vanity. The room has a microwave and fridge in it. The bed was fairly comfortable. Also, we were able to park right outside our room. Front desk staff were friendly.
Disliked: The room we had was pretty small (one bed, 1 chair, 1 nightstand), but it was fine for two people. The hotel is located on a pretty busy road, so you can hear the traffic going by from inside the room. It doesn't have much atmosphere or any kind of view, but if you are looking for a clean room that is close to the St. Augustine Amphitheatre and reasonably priced, this will fit the bill.

Worst stay in Saint Augustine

Liked: The fact that there was a fridge and a microwave in the room.
Disliked: I asked for a late check out, and I was told I couldn't because they had to clean the room. When I got into the room, I could still see dust on the AC unit. So much for having to clean the room.

Disingenuous owners refused my simple...

Liked: Like: Location. Owners did refund me.Dislike: Arrived at motel on Saturday and I was clearly the only guest. Owners claimed they did not have any non-adjoining rooms available which was clearly not true because the entire hotel was empty.I drove by the next day (Sunday) and the entire hotel was still empty. The motel was blocked off as "unavailable" on Booking on Sunday. I'm guessing the owners wanted the weekend off and forgot to block off bookings on Saturday??
