Not far from a perfect...

Liked: Clean and well presented. Room well equipped.
Disliked: Shower water was slow to drain and shower had a couple of tips missing so water gushed out of certain holes.

Liked: Hotel interior was refurbished so looking good and new
Disliked: 7am on Sat morning, outside our room, scaffolding was taken down, as you can image this was loud, builders had the radio on, shouted at each other and overall this turned out to be a very unpleasant experience which nobody informed us of beforehand. When we asked the next day if other rooms were available away from the scaffolding, were were told yet so not putting us in a different room was a big fail of the receptionist serving on Fri night.The location is also horrible, the town is one of the worst towns I have visited in the UK.

Liked: I stayed here as a base for going to an event in Sheffield. The hotel was welcoming, the room quiet, clean and well equipped, and the bed comfortable. There was also lots of parking space. Perfect for what I was looking for.

Liked: Everything was faultless in the hotel. Had a lovely meal.
Disliked: Couldn't believe how run down worksop is...no shops nothing. Ideal hotel if your visiting the area as we were but worksop was a shock.

Disliked: Plain needs repair, boring decor no drinking water , heater on wall kept flicking on and off every 5 min waking me up had a terrible sleep, check in staff wasn’t the best or friendliest , kettle was patt tested 5 years ago, breakfast was dissenting plastic jugs sausages not cooked properly , hash brown tated like it had been deep fried in dirty oil definitely definitely not worth the money and this was my wedding night people outside making noise and also too much light from the corridors one of worst hotels I’ve stayed for triple the price
