Passable
Liked: Staff was friendly...
Disliked: Small rooms, small bathrooms, the location is horrible because is so close to the airport so you can hear the planes above your head

Very good
Liked: fantastic breakfast! Was pleasantly surprised. Room was standard, maybe a touch small but didn’t expect anything for the price!

Never again
Liked: - Staff are friendly and doing their best. Just not enough of them really.- Hashim, the receptionist, was doing the job of 4 people with a smile on his face the whole time. - shower is very nice
Disliked: - room is tiny which is fine if you just need a bed for the night, however, the bed is NOT pushed all the way to the back. Yes . This is the first bed I've ever seen with a gap between your head and the wall. Which is weird to say the least and extremely uncomfortable at worst. Had to stuff the second pillow in between to make a somewhat normal feeling.- bed itself isn't that comfortable either and the duvet was strapped in, for lack of a better word, rather tightly and I had to untie it and free the duvet. Another unusual practice I've never seen before.- every now and then an airplane lands at the nearby hotel, the noise is shattering tbh.- whilst there is a kettle and teas and coffees (one cup) in the room, there is no spoon to stir with and the tray needs a clean. Just off-putting.- shower leaks.- the breakfast is absolute carnage. There seems to be one employee manning reception and being the waiter. You can imagine what kind of mayhem that'd produce. The guy was literally running between tables and reception. Doing his best, but errors are ought to happen in this situation. The waiter/employee just suggested full English, while in a hurry, so I just said yes. There was a small station with milk, tea, coffee, juices and some cereal and break.. the milk ran out... With no one to help and few frustrated people, someone opened the kitchen door and waved the empty jug at one of the chefs. Felt like a sketch in a not-so-funny comedy film. - while you're given the WiFi password printed on the sleeve of the room key, my room didn't have any WiFi coverage..at all. Zero.- the hallways seem to be designed to amplify voices of people speaking outside of your room. Just saying.
