Liked: Location was great and rooms were comfortable.
Disliked: Being told I arrived 2 minutes before check in was not a nice welcome.No response from Hotel after messaging questions over the wend. I was told it was the managers days off...Felt like an inconvenience to restaurant staff when i turned up for dinner without a booking. I was staying for 5 nights and not informed bookings were essential. I was advised Breakfast window was between 730 and 845. This didn't suit me even though breakfast was included. No other options were given so breakfast was missed on 2 occasions.

Liked: The service of the staff, particularly Micheal.The meals were brilliant!
Disliked: The bed, we both rolled to the centre.Micheal did offer blankets, but we declined Kind of wish we hadn’t.Overall a memorable stay. Highly recommend.4.5 stars.

Liked: This is a unique property which maintains an old world feel.
Disliked: The facilities are getting old and need an uplift
