Beautiful location, some areas of...

Liked: Really pleased we found this boutique hotel. The lounge area was lovely. Breakfast was also delicious.
Disliked: Our room was a little tired. Smelt of damp.

Passable

Liked: The location. We also appreciated the compliments non-alcoholic drinks in the bar fridge.
Disliked: The room was very small and the bathroom was tiny. The bar area closed early so we were unable to sit by the fire after 7pm.The breakfast was very average, appreciate that they may have been under staffed but the increase in the long weekend room rate was not worth it.

Disliked: Please hire a gardener and attend to your garden it would elevate your property to exeptional Was a bit disappointed by the seafood linguine we offered which were too cooked The pate was excellent and the tartare ok needed a little bit more seasoning but that’s personal.Great touch to have had the chef served us and Michael gave us exceptional service at Ethos for our dinner .

Great location and beautiful surrounds

Liked: Great location. Close enough to walk into the town centre. The surrounds were beautiful.
Disliked: We stayed in the cottage and upon check in, there was a big lump of hair in the shower and a couple of cockroaches in the bathroom

Avoid it if you can

Liked: Location, very close to the Bowral golf course even though there is a 4 star hotel Bibury next to the club house.
Disliked: The room was in desperate need for refurbishment and a good clean.
