Horrible experience

Liked: Absolutely nothing
Disliked: Everything. The carpets were filthy dirty. Cleaners didn’t bother vacuum the carpets. We had a four bed room. The twin bed were movable. We moved the twin beds to join them and it revealed the un-vacuumed area. They consistently didn’t vacuum that area during our stay.1st day there were 4 towels in the 4 bed room. Next day they left 3 towels only. How can a room having a stay for 4 people will use 3 towels. It was good friday so we couldn’t complaint either. They didn’t change the toilet mat during our stay despite we put it with the pile of dirty towels. We also booked another room with 3 beds. They took away the dirty toilet mat and didn’t leave any mat.The toilet flush didn’t clean the toilet properly.And the worst of all was the sink. The miniature sink so small that it was even small for my 6 year old kid. Their toys could use this sink. You hit your head while brushing your teeth. It was a joke.No hook to hang your cloths. Not that there was no place to have a hook, there was one full wall completely empty where a hook can easily be installed. My old parents were staying the 3 bed room. They started fixing the air-conditioner at 1 am next door. The constant loud noise woke them up and it kept on going for a couple of hours. I understand these issues such mishaps happen in life but it doesn’t take much to be thoughtful of people sleeping and lower your voices.All in all, a horrible experience

Liked: Great location also close to local shopping centre.
Disliked: The apartment was not so clean. Also, the beds were too soft and uncomfortable cause the wheels didn't have the breaks.
