Disliked: It was advertised as a standard family room, but only comes with one bed. Luckily they did call and mention that, so offered the fold out couch, but that was so uncomfortable my sister and I ended up sharing the main bed.

Disappointing

Liked: Barman was friendly. Breakfast staff friendly. Bed comfy and nice big shower. Close to the beach about a 5 minute walk and close to The Village pub which was busy on a Friday night.
Disliked: I came for a relaxing few days away and was going to stay at the country club as I really wanted to use a pool. Too many stupid regulations for lone swimming. I couldn't use it. 8.30-9.30. 14.30 ,15.30 and 18.30- 19.30 are the only times you can swim. Not stated on booking. Com. If there is nobody in the pool you can't swim. People are not allowed to swim when eaten. If you look at the times breakfast time, dinner time or out in the day. Stupid. I experienced sudden death of my partner and really needed a pool to relax. Some other gentleman complained because on Thursday swimming lessons take the whole pool up. But they allowed me to swim which was fine.It is fair to say I will not be staying here again. It was a waste of my money. If you play golf ⛳️ it's great. Cromer town centre 15 minute drive.

Clean Comfortable Hotel

Liked: Great hotel good facilities and very quiet.
Disliked: Check in is very slow there is quite a lot from filling. When i returned the following evening to collect my key there was a couple checking in and filling the forms out. It took ages and they also had a number of questions , I was standing there for 10 minutes. The girl at the desk could have just handed me my key but she didn't and she was the same person who checked me in earlier.
