Exceptional
Liked: It was the most wonderful apartment. Everything was incredibly clean. My son who is 4 years old was able to play tag and kick his ball. We had enough room for him to have a nice time. I am a world traveler and trust me that this is a beautiful property. Clean and well cared for.

Our apartment was outstanding.
Liked: Breakfast was not included. The location was perfect, easy to get to, not on the strip.
Disliked: You have to get in your car to go to the indoor pool. It was quite a ways away.

Liked: The place was very nice and price was reasonable
Disliked: The unit was a little awkward glass table was not glued down so it moved.and the couch was to close to the bed.and the outside of the unit the rails are rusting.and the concrete stairs are cracking thru which is very dangerous and since there's three floors .and the beams are splitting bad.

The apartment is a nice...
Liked: The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The indoor pool was nice. The area was quiet.
Disliked: They gave us 3 bath towels for our party of 6. There was 2 coffee packs for a 3 day stay. The pull out couch mattress was dirty. The jets in the bathtub were dirty. There was no where to deposit recycling.

worse vacation ever
Liked: very nice unit extremely clean
Disliked: we had a second level unit and we’re keep up most night with people above us running back and forth across floors. contact management with no help. second night 11:30 same thing waking us up. contacted management that went to answering service that advised us to call police. we contacted police department and they sent out a unit. even police told us management should have handle this. I have stayed at thousand hills 3 times, this was awful. never stay there again.
