Liked: Property has evidently just been renovated and seemed quite nicely updated. Appreciated the multiple electrical plugs and USB plugs. Great lighting in the vanity area, but room is dark, even with EVERY light turned on. ALSO, some things were missing. Hooks are needed on the back of the bathroom door. And a bar in the vanity area to hang clothes is a must.
Disliked: Door handle did not work properly in first room assigned. Had to get another room. I went to the office in the morning and specifically asked if our room would be cleaned because I know that Covid has changed up that at some properties. I was assured that it would be cleaned. We were gone from the room from 9am to 2pm. The room was not cleaned. At the office I was told that the cleaning report said not to clean our room?!?! The cleaning lady was gone, and Beau did not offer to have someone clean the room. He gave me clean towels and washcloths, but the washcloths were dingy. I took them back to the office and got others.

Liked: The stay was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The only complaint we had was the bathroom door did not latch and the lamp by the bed did not work. Also the heater did not work very well. We turned to the max and it took a very lo ng time to heat the room. We paid $183 dollars for the room so everything should be working perfectly, but overall it was a nice stay
