Lindner Hotel Vienna Am Belvedere part of JdV by Hyatt

Amazing!

Liked: I loved the room, it was very cozy. I also had view of the belvedere palace so that was a nice bonus! The reception staff was extremely kind and helpful, especially one of the staff members. I got great recommendations for places to go. It was clean, and had great hours for breakfast. It was also pretty close to the center, and if you don’t feel like walking there is a bus stop right outside of the hotel, making it very convenient.

Worst Experience and Unprivate stay

Liked: Location only
Disliked: Everything. The experience was awful, submitted a concern urgently here in booking, however was ignored with no response back. Hotel alleged its a “World of Hyatt” member, but nowhere near its quality. Bathroom has no doors, AC not functioning. Receptionist with a disrespectful attitude. Breakfast ham and boiled eggs and some cheeses and cereal only.

Liked: Breakfast was great the location was good. Not much food in the area.
Disliked: The hotel is run down and one of the two beds I slept in was awful!

Wonderful place to stay in...

Liked: Beautiful room and the location was perfect. Right next to the Belvedere palace with it's amazing art collection. Gustav Klimt The Kiss is housed there. Breakfast was outstanding! Safe underground parking if you have a car. We had stayed before at a Lindner hotel in Prague, and loved it. This location certainly did not disappoint either. Would highly recommend staying here!
Disliked: Wi-Fi was really not good at all in our room. You had to go to the lobby for it to work properly. Other than that everything was great. Wonderful staff too.
