Liked: The Sauna and the showers in the spa was really nice. The rooms interior. The elevator lights. The staff.
Disliked: Breakfast: The coffee was tasteless. Generally I like a well made scrambled egg that is not from powder egg, and I want to know that it is ecological or pasture raised. More things to the eggs and less bread please. Margarine is not food in my humble opinion, I like real butter. The air conditioning was very loud and made it hard to sleep.

Very nice hotel in a lovely part of Hamburg
Liked: Large room with a comfortable bed. Very nice bar area and lovely breakfast.
Disliked: A/C in all our rooms were problematic, as a result rooms were like saunas. Very slow lifts.

Would stay again, unlike the Mercure we stayed at 3 days prior.
Liked: The dinner was superb as was the breakfast. Loved the themed rooms and very comfortable with the facilities I expect from a 4 star city hotel. Good parking.
Disliked: Not much.
