Liked: Choose a high floor with a city view. The view of the river and the downtown is excellent. Nice place with great staff and an excellent breakfast buffet.
Disliked: I can't think of anything.

Liked: Location mostly, next to the river and great views.
Disliked: I asked for separate beds for me and my adult son, and was given a double bed. Not the best option for 70 yr old mom and 50 yr old son. It was fixed by bringing in a separate bed.

Liked: The building is quite unique, breakfast was of good quality, room was very spacious and had great skyline views over Frankfurt. Staff were very nice and professional. Beds were very comfortable and facilities, like spa and pool, were very complete and not busy at all.
Disliked: Room had a weird smell, as if someone had smoked in it. The lifts broke down in the day of checkout so we had to do a total of 26 floors by the stairs! Minor point finally, the wooden floors in the room were full of scratches around the bedside tables, a bit unbecoming of a 4-star hotel.

Liked: I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The breakfast was very poor — not at all what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. Even more frustrating was the experience right after check-in: the room door wouldn't open, and I had to try four times before giving up. I then had to wait for a technician, who ended up dismantling the door, which took about 90 minutes. After a long journey, this was the last thing I needed. Overall, the service and quality did not meet the standards expected from a hotel of this rating.
