has not been comfortable

Liked: the only thing I liked was the room which was very spacious and good bed.
Disliked: the noise in the room, and that they told us that they gave us earplugs to solve it, also they took my slippers from the room, slippers to be in the hotel, when they don't give them. The mess they made with our booking, they didn't even know how many people it was for.
