Perfect place to stay during...

Liked: Tha location is near from the tourist attraction. Room is comfortable

Superb location & staff, and...

Liked: Staff were great- Helpful and friendly. Comfy beds, clean rooms. Cold fridge in cupboard. Easy to use and secure safe in cupboard. Great location.
Disliked: Views from window are poor in the room I stayed (faced immediately with building works of hotel).Shower gell dispenser was empty.

A real gem hidden just...

Liked: Location was excellent, 5 mins walk from Cathedral. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Blue glass blocks in atrium. Room was good size and clean. Pool was lovely too.
Disliked: View of a building site from our room.

Lovely stay, with friendly staff.

Liked: A nice welcome at the reception desk and a really comfortable room. Breakfast had a lot of choice and the staff at breakfast were friendly and efficient. It was nice to have a bath as well as a shower in the room.
Disliked: There was no still water available in the room.

Should not have 4 stars...

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: Does not fulfill 4 star criteria at all. Completely out of date (our TV was sold until 2009 & that was the newest item in the room). Poorly trained staff. Breakfast was on B&B level - complete joke for 30€ppStaff is not friendly or professional.Room not available after check-in start. Staff first said, I should come back when check in so open, than figured it already is open for some time after checking the clock. Had to wait in the lobby for long time. Multiple mistakes on check informationRoom smelled like mold and toilet. Strong odor from bathroom. No bathropes, or slippers. After we asked, we were not offered any. Spa did not have towels. How this hotel has 4 stars or above 8 waiting on Booking is beyond my comprehension.
