1st time traveling to Berlin....

Liked: We did not eat breakfast. Location was very convenient to food/shopping/ transportation
Disliked: The room carpet was stained

I would not recommend this...

Disliked: The staff was very rude and the room was poorly designed with no surrounding walls for the bathroom and sleeping area. You could not use the toilet without the other person hearing you. There was absolutely not privacy.

Liked: Sufficient choice of dishes, good quality food
Disliked: Shower head aim was limited, some water was coming through the round hole in shower door.

Liked: Lovely staff great location.
Disliked: The shower leaked through the window and soaked the floor. Shower gel was empty. I left it outside the shower 3 times and no replacement??

Great city hotel

Liked: Great location close to the u bahn. Breakfast had everything, the bread is delicious. I loved my room with a little balcony.
Disliked: Nothing
