Disliked: The Matress is super soft and bends your back unconfortableThere is no bathroom, toilett and shower are in the room without a door to speperate from the room, that was quite ackward.

Pleasant stay right in BERLIN...

Liked: Pleasant stay. Location is in shopping area walkable and easy to connect to most destinations. Clean and spacious room with relax and modern environment.
Disliked: Bathroom is big and take lots of space from bedroom. Two bathroom sink is unnessary.

Perfect location for a city...

Liked: Perfectly located. Next to the metro line, Ku’Damm and the zoo station. Very good and affordable public parking round the corner.The room was squeaky clean. The staff is nice and helpful. Excellent value for money.
Disliked: Expensive breakfast- but there is a couple of cafes literally next to the hotel.

Disappointed

Liked: location is great other than that everything else was horrid!
Disliked: I have often stayed in this facility whenever I am in Berlin and know from my last stay that service has gotten bad but nothing could prepare me for the unfriendly atmosphere this time, very unwelcoming place. The entire Staff were horrible and very unfriendly. we stayed 3 nights, bed was uncomfortable plus not enough towels for 2 people and the one time, our room was cleaned we were given unclean towel. We were forcefully asked where we think we are going when entering the hotel and this was after already staying for 2 nights. I will never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.
