Liked: The staff were friendly, welcoming and very accomodating. We loved our stay, the breakfast was great and had the firplace going in the public spaces to sit and enjoy. Highly recommend.

Perfect weekend in red hill

Liked: This was our second visit to this hotel and calls for another glowing review!Gorgeous hotel, super cosy yet spacious - the rooms are lovely as are the grounds.The hot tubs out in the gardens are such a nice experience. The staff are next level, and made us feel so welcome from the minute we stepped inside.We can’t wait to return again.

So easy for the hotel...

Liked: Location is beautiful. Quiet and surrounded by nature. Rooms are a good size and bed comfortable. Pillows are not that great.
Disliked: Over priced. Dinner cost $666 dollars for 3 of us. The food was not exceptional, lacked flavour and flare. Service was very good , well informed staff and attentive. It was cold in most of the hotel. Several living rooms in the hotel had open fires that were not on. The hotel lacked a cosy atmosphere. They could have a cocktail bar with a cosy fire in one of the living rooms. A bit of a ghost hotel. Not many staff around .

Couples Birthday trip made extra...

Liked: So pretty and peaceful. Gardens are beautiful and the place is packed with heaps of small fun activities. Love the quality full sized pool table and random outdoor games.Love the breakfast buffet.
Disliked: Not a big issue but door dash doesn’t service the suburb so limits on food delivery. Uber eats might be different.No issues with the venue or staff itself.
