Liked: Location would have been great if we'd actually been able to get into the room.
Disliked: That we were still required to pay a damage deposit of $200 CAD. Since our card was a debit/credit card, and we didn't have that amount in our account, we couldn't even complete our registration or see the room. Staff was not sympathetic.
