It was okay but a...

Liked: Large spacious room with all the necessary facilities. The room was clean, tidy and the location is ideal and easy to locate.
Disliked: The room smelled like cigarettes (the kind that seeps into the walls and is impossible to get rid of). I'm really sensitive to cigarette smoke so it literally made me feel unwell being in the room. Also the pillows really need to be replaced as they were as flat as an iron a not very comfortable to sleep on.

Disliked: There was mildly food in the fridge at check in and none of the plugs in the hotel worked at all. Very out of date.

Liked: Absolutely nothing. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
Disliked: Everything! They should not be permitted to rent rooms in their current condition. We only stayed because the room was non-refundable. While we have previously stayed in budget accommodations, this particular establishment is unacceptable and unsanitary. We will be contacting the local health authority to report the conditions.There are numerous issues, but among the most concerning are:• Presence of black mould• Burn holes in the bedding• Soiled linens• Extremely dirty carpet• What appears to be blood stains on both the carpet and ceiling, suggesting a serious hygiene and safety issue• A malfunctioning fridge that froze and ruined approximately $100 worth of foodWe accidentally closed the door to the kitchen, which then locked. We tried to call front desk & go to the lobby but no answer. These conditions are not only unacceptable but potentially hazardous to guests’ health and safety.
