Disliked: Toilet seat in room was broken. Room very small (we booked a classic room NOT a cosy). Reception said could move rooms but would be £45 a night! Shower temperature had mind of its own - suddenly turned hot and cold. Ants in library area… 24 hour notice needed for afternoon tea… £15 a day parking charge. Park on the road for free

Liked: The decor is beautiful and the spa is the best we’ve been to. All the staff are so welcoming too
Disliked: We stayed on the top floor which was quite an effort to get to!

Liked: The property was lovely & clean , great decor . The spa was amazing & the breakfast was fantastic. Plenty of choice continental & a great choice off the menu. Staff were very friendly & welcoming.
Disliked: There was nothing not to like.
