Adequate but wouldn't rush back

Liked: Staff all friendly and despite limited English, the man who serviced our room was very accommodating.Did not have time to use the pools or spa, but looked nice.Beds small but comfy.Nice to have a walk in shower rather than over bath.
Disliked: Charging for WiFi is a shock and I didn't know any hotels still did this.The facilities in the room were inadequate in terms of power outlets (need on both sides of the bed) and seating. For a room that officially accommodated 4, it only had seats for 2.A glass door for the bathroom caused light intrusion for sleeping roommates if used in the middle of the night.Disappointed to find the bar not open every night.

Liked: Good location. A lot of activities including the theater
Disliked: Charges for internet. This is probably the last property that is still charging for internet connection

Pool very dirty. Green Scum...

Liked: Responsive staff. Lounge club worth it. Good food.
Disliked: Pool very dirty. Green Scum along edges and little routine pool maintenance. Also swimming lessons from 4-8 and the whole reason we stayed was the pool so during this time half the pool was closed off for small child lessons. Very frustrating

Comfortable but not a luxury...

Liked: The property is perfectly located with good restaurants and shopping avenues in less than 15 minutes drive. It is very clean and neat.
Disliked: The hotel is grossly understaffed. We had to wait 15 mins to be seated for breakfast when half the tables were empty. The staff definitely seemed over stressed obviously because of the overwhelming amount of work. There were a total of 2 people serving 30 tables so you can imagine. No Valet parking, no bus boy to help with the luggage. Do not call yourself a resort when you cannot provide the services like a resort.
