We were so happy with...

Liked: The breakfast every morning was outstanding. I have not ever been to a hotel with a full hot breakfast. My husband was a happy camper with his biscuits and gravy. I was excited for scrambled eggs and sides of salsa, sliced green onions, grated cheese. yum! Our bathroom had the most amazing shower head. It was awesome.
Disliked: We had ADA approved room. The bed was pretty high. I am not strong enough to lift mom up on a tall bed, so we made a bed for her out of the couch and some foot stools.

Liked: Beautiful room with a grat view. Elevators, private entrances, shower, tub, comfortable bed. Easy beach access. Year round pool.
Disliked: The tv wasn't working properly, but wasn't too big of a deal

Liked: We were upgraded at no additional cost to an ocean view room.
Disliked: The ceiling leaked our last night while it rained. Stopped by morning. Sugar ants all over the kitchen and got I to my pet food among other things.

Liked: We have stayed here many time before and have been treated much better than we were in this terrible stay.
Disliked: Our room was supposed to have a balcony per the description but we placed on a ground level.. that’s not a balcony. We never choose ground level. To make matters worse the room we were stuck in was on the end where people walk to and from the beach so everyone returning from the beach could see into our room. Our interactions during check in and then on the second day when we asked about moving (Sunday with mostly empty parking lot) it felt like we were being punished for booking with “those third party apps”.
