Disliked: There was no stairs marked. Didn’t see an ice machine. The sheets were too big and kept falling off. There were cigarettes butts left on the balcony

Great beachside location, comfortable room

Liked: Beachside location, close to amenities etc.
Disliked: Nothing really, we received an upgrade on arrival and the room was great. Rooms are more like a four star standard; breakfast is relatively basic (have to bear in mind this is a 3 star hotel), but it does the job. Access to hot water and coffee is a nice bonus.

Liked: Renea checked us in that evening late, a few days later my cousins left i stayed, reanea fuxed it so I wouldnt have to change rooms, well done made it easy fir me what a great employee and Asset to any company . Tracy thompson I was in eleven fourteen.
Disliked: The friendly accommodating staff.

Over all it was great...

Liked: The location is fantastic with easy access to the beach. The pool and hot tub were great. The breakfast was great, it was kept well stocked with food, the service was great. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: We had two rooms. Some upper electrical outlets did not work, the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable, we had to request a fitted sheet and the phone didn’t work in the south unit. In the efficiency suite there were ants.
