Very poor

Liked: Location is perfect, room was nice and comfortable
Disliked: Staff was incredibly rude. I booked 6 weeks in advance took an hour over the into room time until it was ready.I asked 4 times to speak to a manager that never happened. The hairdryer was broke told them at 9am when I was getting ready they didnt bring a new one until 8pm. They put a family above us on the last day that was stomping on the floor for hours when it wad brought to the front desk attention 3 seperate times on the 3rd time which was at 11pm I told them if they cant address the issue I can call the police for the noise then they sent someone to the room to ask them to stop the constant stomping. This was on the last night we stayed 4 nights and all the other people above us we never heard anything.

Liked: Close to beach and easy access. Has balcony to see beach view all day. Updated rooms

Needs work, but has some...

Liked: Staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Having an outdoor pool was wonderful and nice and warm along with sauna and hot tub. Robes were super soft and cozy to put on after the pool. Room was nice and big, spacious with excellent view. Location on the beach was perfect. Breakfast was okay, cookies and chowder in the evening was a nice bonus.
Disliked: Our initial room was terrible. It smelled really musty and had stains all over the carpet. The slider wouldn't open or close properly and the bathroom door would catch and stick on the floor. The staff were very apologetic and got us another room and were even willing to refund completely if we didn't want to stay, so excellent service recovery. Our next room was much better, but ultimately there is a lot of work needed to update, upgrade the place. The cupboards need sanded and restained or painted. The carpet is pretty old. Could use updated paint. The balcony had cracks and was sagging, which made us very nervous about it's stability. The pool was also cracked and uneven. It looked like someone had used a corrosive cleaner on the windows at some point, so many were not clear, but not necessarily dirty..
