Absolutely terrible, beware of this...

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The place was not as pictured whatsoever. Do not believe the photos. We were put in a room that had a very dangerous outside staircase leading up to it. Both my dog and I fell down the steps. Thankfully we were not badly injured. The room we got was in one word pathetic. It was sort of ok clean but the bed was some strange mock up and it was very uncomfortable. I had to bring my sleeping bag to sleep on as I refused to sleep in the sheets on the bed. The little sample shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom were both partially used. There was no light bulb in the lamp on the desk in the room. I don’t know what else to say. I complained and was told I would receive a phone call from the manager the next day and I did not. I asked for a partial refund given the terrible state of everything and nothing was done for me.
