Liked: The staff was great!! Specially Yoissy, they haven’t rooms available to do a late checkout and they get my luggage anyway and even lend me a toilet and shower for a quick bath before going to the airport! She also help me with my luaggage (that was a lot)

Disliked: The bathroom wasnt clean, and the other guests were very loud.We did not have wifi for more than a day and as european travelers we had to buy international internet...

Great staying! Amazing room.

Liked: The room is pretty big, with a convenient small kitchen, dining table and sofa. Localization is also very good, in a calm street (by south beach standards) near to the convention center, beach and lincoln Av.
Disliked: The elevator was out of order during my whole staying. They don't have a place to store your bags (at least wasn't offered to me) while waiting for the check in or after the check-out.

Overall my stay was good....

Liked: I like the location and the style of the room. Having a stove and a refrigerator was great!
Disliked: The toaster was rusted and I didn't want to use it. The rust was extreme, and it appears to be overused and really should be replaced with a new one. I also wish I could have used the front of the hotel to park and unload my luggage, but there was nowhere to do that. Additionally, the prices increased by almost 60% from my last stay. This increase may be the reason for me to look somewhere else.
