Superb

Liked: Great little bnb in summertown, very close to bus stop that takes you into town (about a 10 min bus ride). Summertown is a lovely part of Oxford with some brilliant restaurants and coffee shops. Very friendly staff who were accommodating despite me being late to breakfast. Great selection for breakfast.Comfy mattresses, cosy room that was clean and appropriate amenities.
Disliked: Furnishings slightly outdated (bright blue bedding), but I didn’t mind!

Very comfortable and friendly

Liked: Very clean and good location for us. It's too far to walk to the city centre, well it was for us but some may find the 3 miles easy. Comfortable beds and very spacious room.
Disliked: Nothing wrong really, It's continental breakfast but we had enough with the eggs on toast and cereal, we never asked if there was bacon etc so we were happy.

Very pleasant stay

Liked: Booked the triple room for 2 nights for me and my parents. It was a very nice room. The single bed was very comfortable, the double bed felt different and was a little less comfortable but ok for two nights. The room was very clean and we liked the little table and chairs! The bathroom was very small but the shower was good. The breakfast offered is really nice. A choice of eggs, croissants, toast and some jams, cereal, milk, juices. Perfectly fine. The busstop to the city centre is right in front which is very convenient. The B&B is on a very busy road so there is some noise in the triple room. We were able to park our car right in front of the accomodation which was awesome! All in all a very nice and comfortable stay
Disliked: Very small bath/showerroom. But just fine for two nights

Room wasn't as advertised and...

Liked: The room wasn't as advertised.
Disliked: We saw the room but didn't spend the night as the room wasn't as advertised. The room was advertised to have a Large double bed, while it had a normal double. The bathroom was tiny and you couldn't really turn around in it. There was barely any space to sit down on the toillet.The room also had a very high amount of humidity and the only window in the room was all covered in water drops.The manager was supposed to come over within an hour of us submitting a complaint, but never did and the property has ignored the issue ever since and is refusing a refund while we didn't spend the night in the property.
