Liked: I loved my pod! very comfortable, quiet and private. The shared bathroom was really clean too
Disliked: Fortitude valley is a nice gentrified hood, but can be a little rough at night

A pleasant and convenient overnight...
Liked: Great location (less than 5 minutes from Fortitude Valley station), amazing staff and perfect for an overnight or couple of nights stay in Brisbane
Disliked: I found my pod to be a little too warm but I generally prefer cooler room temperatures. Overall, I don't have any complaints or issues with Lylo

Quick but good. I’d recommend.
Liked: Location was great and the common area/kitchen was really nice as well. The room was good. Clean. The convenience to the train station was amazing.
Disliked: The sink had a really bad sulfur smell and the water was brown. I did not care for the hot sleep. It was quite hot even with the air on.

Nicest hostel I ever stayed...
Liked: Common areas are super nice and make people actually interact. This is the type of hostel any young traveller would love to stay at. They also give you lockers with lock, towels, etc. Check in and out is super easy with the self service machines.
Disliked: The floor in the rooms and common areas in the rooms are kind of dirty. Should be cleaned more often. But otherwise pods/beds and kitchen are quite clean.

Great Location and Clean Pods,...
Liked: The location is excellent, close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and fast food options, with the train station just two blocks away. It’s in the heart of the entertainment district, so there’s plenty to do within walking distance. The pod itself was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable night’s sleep. The lighting was good, and the common areas were tidy and well maintained.
Disliked: Unfortunately, my room had a strong smell of feet, which made it less pleasant. I also didn’t receive any after hours check in instructions, even though I had informed the hostel I’d be arriving between 10pm and 11pm. I had to rely on someone else to let me in. During my stay, staff presence was minimal, which made it difficult to get help when needed.
