Overall nice and convenient

Liked: Well located along the Shannon River with quick walking access to downtown and several sites of interest.
Disliked: Only a feather bed cover which was hot for sleeping. The did charge for water put in room which appeared to be complimentary.

A fantastic setting in a...

Liked: The property was in a great location with views over the Shannon. The room was fabulous and the staff organised us to have a celebration plate and card to mark the reason for our visit, our 30th wedding anniversary. All the staff were extremely friendly and polite.
Disliked: We honestly can’t fault this hotel, it was excellent.
