Good option close to the...

Liked: The hotel is conveniently located, as it is close to the city centre, and comfortable. We stayed for one night as we were on our way to another city so it was great that they had an agreement with the Q-Park nearby and we could park there for a discounted fee.

I recommend this hotel to...

Liked: The bed was very comfy.The restaurant food was amaaaazing!!
Disliked: Only one set of towels in bathroom.Only noticed second set ….. in wardrobe ….. as we were packing to leave on Sun.

Nice hotel in good location

Liked: The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is great - you can walk to most sites and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Breakfast on weekdays was really good - a bit pricey but you got fantastic choice and plenty for your money - and some gluten free choices too.
Disliked: Weekend breakfasts were nice but not the same choice so disappointing after such amazing food on week days. Rooms were a bit tired - chipped paint and bath enamel. Baths took a while to drain and you had to turn the shower towards blue to get it hotter - but I would go back.

Would definitely fo back!

Liked: The staff were amazing, we didn't arrive until 3am due to flight delays and we were still met with a cheerful receptionist! The beds were really comfy too.
Disliked: The shower leaked out into the bathroom, but nothing drastic

Lovely stay for one night....

Liked: Good location and staff really friendly. Everything really clean. Breakfast was really excellent. Stayed here as attending concert at Docklands for one night.
Disliked: Nothing really.

Superb

Liked: Good location for the city and friendly staff: quick check in and check out process.
Disliked: Shower was very poor in the room - the water flow was terrible out of the shower head.

Very good

Liked: Great place for a few nights, food in the hotel was good and discount vouchers made it very cheap as well. Good pint and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.Great location and the city centre was literally a few minutes walk away. Easy reach of King John's Castle and other historical sites. All in all, a cracking few days
