Liked: The hotel rooms were nicely appointed and there was plenty of space.
Disliked: Would prefer more non-dairy options at breakfast. Maybe having some non-dairy butter or cream cheese would delight your guests; non-dairy pastries as well. It's really not too much harder than just having dairy as default for everything.

Great Ski-In Ski-Out Option in...

Liked: The location can't be beat, literally right next to the Elk Camp Gondola and steps away from the Village Lift. The breakfast buffet each morning was fantastic and the happy hour food/drinks were great too. The rooms are comfortable with a small sink and refrigerator and large bathrooms.
Disliked: The concierge dropped the ball getting our lift tickets and ski rentals taken care of and as a result we were delayed getting on the mountain. I believe it was an honest mistake and they gave us a food & beverage credit to make up for it.

Will stay again

Liked: Location is excellent, room and ski room are very good. Ski-in, ski-out is perfect. Staff is very friendly and very helpful. We appreciate free shuttle from airport and to Aspen city. The hot-tub is excellent, it had right temperature (hot is important) and jest for very good muscle relaxation after day of skiing.
Disliked: Breakfast is very basic for such expensive hotel. We ate in the hotel's restaurant once and it was also very basic. These services can be improved and make this hotel even more attractive.

Liked: Location is unparalleled for skiing Aspen SnowMass. Lifts are right outside the door. The hotel had a great ski locker that you could store your gear in. Excellent room, comfortable and clean. High end coffee maker and refrigerator in the room. Hotel breakfast was amazing -- lots of variety in food choices.
Disliked: It's expensive (ski tickets and hotel), parking was charged daily if you have a car. Not enough breakfast seating unless you went later. The hotel is loud -- you can hear people in the hallways. The hotel is a family hotel so lots of kids -- not really suitable for couples. The elevator is very, very slow and the hotel was packed with people even though it was January off hours.

Excellent place. Definitely recommend.

Very warm hotel and staff

Liked: Everything was simply perfect. All the hotel staff strive to make you enjoy your stay. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options.Would love to return Tom was really helpful with all his recommendations on skiing options
