Disliked: The room was extremely hot and there was no way to open the window without opening the curtains which opened out into the street.

Liked: Lovely little room, polite and helpful staff, great breakfast at the restaurant on site. Perfect location, 5 minutes from Victoria station.
Disliked: There was a bit of traffic noise in the evening, quieted down around midnight. Didn’t bother me but maybe something to be mindful about if you come with small children.

A lovely stay

Liked: Great location, only a short walk from Victoria station! I had booked a single room but at check in they upgraded me to a triple. Lovely big room and en suite bathroom. Staff were very friendly and booked a table for me at the buttery for breakfast in the morning. The food there was brilliant!
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The smallest, cutest spotless little single room... everything I needed... Great!

Disliked: the staff at the restaurant were extremely rude. I was going to sit and have lunch while I was preparing for a meeting a had late, but they told me several times I could not use my computer... even if I was going to be having lunch, and leave before my meeting in Victoria. I decided to leave and have lunch in the pub nearby, which was actually very nice and much cheaper
