Superb

Love this hotel. Little oasis...

Liked: Love the cosy, home-from-home feeling. Love the furnishings. Staff really polite and helpful. Area great during the day when the little shops are open.
Disliked: Location is a bit quiet at night and it is a bit of a walk from the tube.

Really lovely with a little...

Liked: The staff were wonderful and the location couldn’t be better. Access to so many great food options right outside and a 10 minute walk to Buckingham palace! Bathroom was sizeable for Europe and shower was great! The shampoo and conditioner they provided was really top notch.
Disliked: The building is old and sound carried a lot. From 7:30 AM onwards, it was hard to sleep because you could hear every door open and close and people walking the stairs. I ended up sliding a pillow in the space under the door because it was so loud and that helped, but still didn’t really solve it. Guests were respectful, it was just the building itself you could hear everything. I was on the top floor and heat travels so it was also really hot in my room. I opened the window, but it didn’t stay open so I had to prop it up open with a coat hanger. This is could be easy for the hotel to fix!

Wonderful hotel in a fab...

Liked: Fabulous little hotel in a great location. Really pretty and beautifully decorated. Staff were also really helpful.
Disliked: No bath robes or body lotion and the towels could be bigger.

Exceptional

Liked: Spotlessly clean room and en suite, very comfortable bed, window that could be opened, lovely decor. Also, picked up a great croissant and coffee in the morning from the cafe downstairs.
Disliked: No bad points

We enjoyed our short stay...

Liked: Location was great. Easy walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, theatre. Very comfortable bed, clean and tidy. Front desk staff very good.
Disliked: No lift available. Accessibility poor those who would need it.

Liked: Beautiful boutique hotel, room was fantastic and the location was excellent.
Disliked: Nothing, the hotel was excellent.
