Very poetic hotel in amazing...

Liked: Amazing location, lovely design
Disliked: No elevator

Great for a short stay

Liked: Cute neighborhood, friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast spot/cute garden right below.
Disliked: The rooms do not have A/C, which I feel is a miss on booking to not make this more clear. We got a hot weekend in London and sleeping was not too comfortable. Also, there is no elevator, another thing that should be more clear when booking higher rooms. So this is something to keep in mind.

Liked: I loved the hotel. The location couldn’t be any better and the neighbourhood is calm at night. Very clean. The hotel staff were very friendly. The esthetics of the hotel are very warm and charming (wallpaper, decoration, old telephone in the room, etc). I would definitely recommend it.
Disliked: No lift but the staff did offer help to bring my luggage upstairs to my room. No air conditioning and the window did not open. It didn’t bother me because I didn’t stay during summer but it is definitely an element to consider if coming to london again during summer hot time.

Liked: A lovely hotel in British cottage style!! Gorgeous place close in lovely Belgravia!!!

Lovely place, I felt taken...

Liked: I appreciated the kindness of staff and the pretty surroundings. This hotel is perfect for former Londoners coming back to the city and needing a central location. Despite being by Victoria station, the area is safe and quiet.
Disliked: The hotel and adjacent restaurant The Buttery are small in size, hence do not rely on walk-ins and be out of your room by 10:30 am if you would like the cleaner to come.
