Quiet and clean
Liked: It was clean and quiet
Disliked: The shower did not work. Was not able to do laundry due to too many rules. Parking was a bit of a mess.

pleasant stay!
Liked: Thanks for the free upgrade to the bigger rooms, which is gorgeous and pleasant. The property manager Tina is really friendly and good to talk.

Disliked: While the room was clean the linen and bedding looked like it came out of a thrift shop there was no coffee in the room and parking was badly organised .It was not made clear in the listing that this was a house in the suburbs and you would be staying in the basement

The pictures did not match...
Liked: Leaving! Nothing attractive to make me want to stay there again.
Disliked: Said to collect $50 cash deposit at check in. No one there at check in, and advised on our check in time. Steep slope to walk done for entrance to room. Bathrooms were sketchy. Beds had plastic under mattresses. Pillows flat, sheets didn’t match.

Liked: The young Chinese girl looking after the property was very pleasant. Working very hard to look after the guests needs.
Disliked: Very old. Needs updating.

Didn’t stay there after a...
Liked: Nice looking house but not what I wanted
Disliked: There was no one home. The posted phone number at the house was an ex cleaning staff who was confused why she was getting called. The location phone number from website was no longer in service. When I called booking.com they said there would be a message from home owner. I couldn’t find it at that time so I booked another hotel at twice the cost. Wasn’t getting good vibes from this location. Found the message when I got home. Have never dealt with this method before.

Tina made us feel welcome...
Liked: Tina was very attentive to cleanliness and she took the time to engage with every guest in a meaningful way.
Disliked: More care should be taken when selecting a long-term, winter resident in Room 3. The man and woman mada a mess in the toaster oven and they were loud late in the night...after midnight.
