Felt like home.

Liked: Tina is the best, the kindest and the sweetest. Very understanding, accommodating and respectful and patient. Very responsive as well and attentive. I am just new here in Canada and staying at Lily's Garden is gonna be a core memory. Super clean room, smells very nice and I had a great night sleep. Will book again! My friend kept on saying it's a beautiful room. Also very accessible and convenient, just few mins away from downtown.

Liked: The area was nice and quiet and Tina was a wonderful host even though a lot of things were not 'right'.
Disliked: The fact that we were there for so long and wasn't able to prepare meals in the kitchen and to do laundry properly .Tina was great but I guess its owners are another story.

Disliked: Price was to high for the room and facilities you got. Everything what you got in the room and outside of the room private bathroom was very updated.

Liked: The only good thing I can say is the beds were comfortable and we did have a private bathroom.
Disliked: I had booked 3 nights in a Triple Room with External Private Bathroom on February 2, 2025 and it was confirmed. One week prior to leaving for our trip AND after paying for the accommodation, someone from the B&B called to say they were sorry but someone else had booked and wanted the room. I told her I had booked Feb 2 and all she said was Oh. The room I booked had a double bed and a pull out couch. She said she had to get back to the owner (who she said did not speak English). She came back and said They would still do an upgrade for me and move another bed in. Unfortunately, I took it and it was a small single room with 2 single beds with hardly any room to move around, but did have a private bathroom. Then when they sent me the information to check in, they put in they wanted a $50 cash deposit which would be returned after 1:00 pm and inspection. I took pictures of everything and it took quite a few emails to get my money returned.I wonder if they realized they could get more money for the room and therefore this is why this happened. I would NEVER recommend anyone to stay here. It was a bad experience all the way around.
