Disappointing!

Liked: The location was central and quiet. Large sitting area and provided with the use of washer and dryer.
Disliked: The beds were uncomfortable and squeaky. The bedroom was very small to accommodate twin beds. The fan was very dusty and a room darkening blind would have been helpful. The towels were very thin and no bath towels provided.Part of the checking procedure, the property owners requested my driving licence information and our ages which is personal information and should not be required.

It was not the level...

Liked: Its a cute place.There was a full kitchen to use if you were inclined to cook.
Disliked: The walls are very thin. When the person in the next room was talking it felt like we were right next to them.I have never seen such thin towels in a hospitality setting. They were terribleIt just appears like they are trying to cut corners and save money at every turn. It looks cheap.A person over 5 foot 10 would not be able to shower comfortably in the room we were in.The value for money is poor compared to other like places we have stayed in the area.

Disliked: Place was damp and overgrown. The slope to go down the hill to our room ,at the back of the house, was dangerous in the dark. It was also hard to drag the cases up in the morning. The mattresses on the beds were squeaky and thin ,very uncomfortable. The evidence of camaras all over the house ,bedroom hallways kitchen etc made the stay very uncomfortable. The keypad to get in was stuck and we only entered when another guest saw the dilemma ,late at night .

It is clean and acceptable...

Liked: Location close to Charlottetown, and relatively lower price.
Disliked: Rooms are in a converted lower part of the house with little interraction with the hosts. There were only a few items provided for breakfast in a common kitchen area, but was help yourself, and inadequate, so we skipped breakfast. Non-refundable for cancellation.

Had a great comfortable stay....

Liked: Location is quite good. Nearby to Downtown
Disliked: The mattresses need to be changed. Our family were complaining of back pain. This was the only negative feedback.
