Liked: Location was great
Disliked: We had no heating for over 24 hours. When we called the number provided (no staff on site) the lady who answered couldn't have been less interested. She said the previous occupants of the room had no problem. We eventually got hold of someone after 2 days who did take it seriously and resolved the problem We were given 2 free breakfast vouchers as an apology. There was a hole in the window which made the cold worse!

Liked: Clean, near the beach front, good location overall
Disliked: All the stairs we were at the top of the house.

Liked: Easy to find, clean and simple room. With every thing you would need for a few days away. Staff very helpful

Unwelcoming old fashioned not worth...

Disliked: Did not see any staff during our stay.. unwelcoming old fashioned entrance .. old dirty carpet on stairs, facilities in room were basic, hairs in plug from previous occupancy had blocked the shower. Shower wouldn’t stay up on rail , mismatch towels. Furniture old fashioned and painted, windows and floors were not clean and parking was not possible on street.

Disliked: It was advertised thet free parking is available but there was no parking near the hotel, it was street parking and struggled to find it.There was no hot water from the check in time to checkout time. Informed to the staff but they haven't sorted it.No one was there to greet and meet when checked in.
