Worst place I've stayed

Liked: Tea and coffee facilities in the room also there was items you could have at reception or at every level as you went upstairs
Disliked: Bed was very squeaky and bed wasn't done correctly as the bolts were not tightened up so I did them no lift to the ll floors couldn't connect to the internet noisy water pipes when you turned it on towels wasn't washed

Liked: Handy for town and competitively priced. Did us fine for a night.
Disliked: No staff on site. Front door broken so only security from the street was our room door. In a bit of a run down area. Breakfast was a curious help yourself affair from a tray of long life ingredients

Disliked: Room was quite small but well equipped. Only small thing was the curtains. Could really do with a blackout blind as got light very early so didn’t sleep well.

Disliked: I have put in a complaint and waiting to a refund.I booked a deluxe double room It was tiny. It had a shower that was meant to be a wet room and leaked out the door.It said there were landmark views . We looked out at a shed.It said breakfast. There were a few packets of cereal and no milk you had to go to their kitchen for milk.I have photos to prove this.Looking for a refund. I paid nearly £100 for one night.

Liked: Decor and friendly staff sorted us out in seconds changing our room for a bigger one as we wanted separate beds

Disliked: Room wasn’t ready, no linen available to make ready, wasn’t expecting anyone in the room that weekend despite our booking . No parking scratch cards available despite me messaging for confirmation the evening before. Unable to access the property after an evening out as the outside door key pay wasn’t working. No answer when calling the number provided for any problems. Left a message but no one has ever got back to us
