It’s only good for sleeping...

Disliked: The room and the interior of the hotel look like something from a haunted house. The lift is very small and old. The floor is dirty and sticky. The toilet in the room is creepy, with mold on the curtain, and it's difficult to flush.

never again

Liked: we booked this for a gig in london, came back at 11pm to 12pm and found rat poison traps in our room, fag ends, room in mould, musty smell, stains on the bed, we checked out at 12pm and drove back to wales, we where not spending a night due the state of the room. we have already reached out to booking for a full refund
Disliked: the whole room is not in suitable to be slept in and with the rat trap in there , this was a sign of infestation

Disappointing. Ok at half the...

Liked: They provided tea, coffee and milk for the room. Bath was nice to have I guess.
Disliked: The whole thing is a bit rundown. If it had been half the price we would have felt better about staying there. Toilet seat broke. No chair and none forthcoming when I asked for one. Lift worked most of the time and I guess at least they had one. Booked a double room but the bed was two single metal frame kind of camp beds pushed together with a dodgy stained thin double mattress on top. Couldn't open the door to the room properly as they had replaced the cupboard door behind the main door improperly so it blocked it.

If you need a bed...

Liked: Proximity to west Brompton underground
Disliked: All the window handles were broken so you couldn't close the windowsThe toilet door was hanging on for it's dear life if you closed it would of come away from the hinges

Perfect when working in the...

Liked: Great location a basic hotel and older but generally clean and comfortable. Good high pressure hot shower.
Disliked: Parking onsite £22 for a night. But on street restrictions are lifted at night so free outside.

Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t re...

Liked: Location for work
Disliked: The first room issued was not cleaned by room service and there was a lot of noise throughout the night and then people kept knocking on the door from 4am until I left at 6am
