Liked: There is nothing to like about the property of Hotel Lily.
Disliked: Absolutely Appalling – Avoid at All CostsThis is, without exaggeration, one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever endured. I returned from work to discover that one of my bags had been opened in my absence, clearly tampered with. I have photographic evidence showing exactly how I left it in the morning and what I found upon returning. I immediately went to reception, showed the pictures, and reported the incident.Their response? Utter indifference.I was asked for my room number and whether anything had been stolen. I explained that nothing appeared to be missing only because there was nothing of value to steal. That did not seem to matter. I was told it would be “looked into.” Unsurprisingly, I heard nothing further. No follow up. No concern. Not even the barest courtesy of a check in or apology.As if that weren’t enough, the hotel itself is drab and literally reeks of neglect. The air is musty, the carpets stained, and the whole place feels like it hasn’t been properly cleaned or cared for in years. Sleep was near impossible thanks to the constant noise from people stomping up and down the corridors all night, apparently with no consideration and no effort from staff to enforce basic standards of respect and quiet.If you value your peace of mind, your belongings, and a shred of decency from the people you’re paying to host you, do yourself a favour and stay far away from this place.

Disliked: Shower unit needed fixing. No plug in the bathroom sink.

Liked: nothing place felt like a prison
Disliked: Everything as soon as I walked into the place gave me super bad vibes! Went to room after being told it was ready and cleaner was still there room was not ready at all! Our room key didnt work and had to get new one twice. Weird marks all over the wall police in the lobby during last night of stay. also awful white couch with loads of stains in the lobby! beds were basic and room was sweating 2 out of 3 nights we stayed. Shower curtain wasnt attached to anything, just hanging on the door, so when I went to close it over it just fell lol. I have never felt more unsafe staying in a hotel whole building needs to be smashed down and rebuilt
