Disliked: Thin walls had to move rooms due to persistent noise.Too close to the pub nearby with thin windows.Guy on the front desk had to be woken up by me to speak to him about my concerns. On the second night he claimed he hadn't seen me before when I was told I couldn't move rooms. He let me move rooms on the second night as the noise was that bad.

Disliked: Booked Hotel Lily for a night in early May 2025 and had an appalling experience. From the moment I entered the room, problems were evident. General cleanliness was poor, and the bathroom was literally falling apart. It was freezing cold in the room due to damaged, single-glazed windows.Beyond the discomfort of the hard bed and questionable linen cleanliness, the worst part was discovering numerous insect bites upon waking. Based on their appearance and location, I have strong reasons to suspect bed bugs were present. This completely ruined the stay and raised significant health concerns.For the price paid, the conditions were shocking. This wasn't just basic accommodation; it felt unsanitary and poorly maintained. I would strongly advise potential guests to look elsewhere to avoid a similar experience, especially regarding the suspected bed bugs.

Liked: I recently stayed at this charming two-star hotel, and I must say, it’s an absolute steal for the price! The ambiance is delightfully raw and authentic, perfect for those who crave a real, unfiltered travel experience. The room decor tells a story of its own, with abstract wall patterns of an unknown nature to spark the imagination! The staff were wonderfully hands-off, giving me all the privacy I needed to soak in the gritty charm. The bed was functional, the lighting moody, and the overall vibe is just pure, unpretentious character. This hotel is a glorious masterpiece you won’t soon forget!
Disliked: If I must nitpick, the artistic wall stains were a touch too few—more of those daring, organic masterpieces would’ve turned the room into a proper avant-garde gallery! Also, the gritty charm could’ve been amplified with slightly thinner walls; a bit more of the neighbors’ lively ambiance seeping through would’ve added that extra layer of immersive character!
