Liked: Such an unspoilt location in beautiful surroundings with incredible views. What a lovely outlook from the bedroom window and wildlife to watch. Such a comfortable room and so well equipped and the breakfast was brilliant. Karen was a wonderful host.

Liked: Quiet and peaceful rural location with gambolling lambs and baby ducks to watch from our window. Room was very well equipped and comfortable. Breakfast was substantial and nicely presented. Karen provides everything one could wish for. A real pleasure to visit here.

Liked: An idyllic location close to Barnard Castle. Karen, our host made us feel at home immediately with her friendly approach and wonderful scones and chocolate in our room. Although our room was part of their farm house we were given complete privacy. Breakfast was a revelation - lots on offer from continental choices to satisfying cooked options.
