Disliked: Room was overcharged and wasn't a deluxe room as advertised broken curtain and broken light fitting and bedding was very creased,I wouldn't stay there again,a bad experience

Fab location

Liked: The location was fab and we really enjoyed our stay in York Just a few minor things we didn't like that could easily be rectified would stay again
Disliked: :Pillows were hard :no full length mirrors us girls like to check ourselves out when getting dressed up :better lighting

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay

Liked: Everything was clean and spacious, big comfy bed, gorgeous room. Close to everything. Staff were very friendly and helpful, food and drinks were very nice. 24 hour access where you are free to come and go when you please. Great value, great place lovely atmosphere. Will be back in the future. Can drop bags off prior to checking in, which was very helpful, kept in a safe place till checking in so very handy if you don’t want to carry drag them around everywhere.

Liked: Great location and staff very friendly. Bed was very comfy.
Disliked: Steep dark stairs to get to bedrooms. Windows in room could be deemed as unsafe as they fully opened. Curtains hanging off both ends of the curtain track
