Liked: I like the location, the staff was nice & very helpful.
Disliked: Over all the rooms were nice but something was wrong with the toilet, & the stove didn't really get hot. The TV was ok but was tripping at times, but the staff fixed everything.

Hotel needs to be updated

Disliked: Could’ve put different sheets on the bed instead of leaving them on stained, the tub didn’t looked cleaned

Liked: Stephen had exceptional customer service, he saw even slight dissatisfaction with our room and upgraded us to an even more comforting stay, thank you Stephen!
Disliked: Hotel is under a LOT of renovations, but I know once he’s finished, it’ll be amazing!
