The view was mesmerizing!

Liked: The view!
Disliked: The thermostat was missing the batteries, so we had no heat. The fireplace being on a timer for max 15 minutes was annoying, that’s way too short.

Liked: The location was nice
Disliked: My goodness… I wish I knew the hot tub was closed! The couch was in very poor condition.. room service didn’t happen….and they are charging 75.00 and 53.00 on top of 378.00 for two nights.

Great location, beautiful room

Liked: Room was awesome, breakfast was great. Pool was clean, just wished there were more towels, but it was after dinner so I know the towels are probably stocked earlier in the day.
Disliked: The toilet in the room was really close to the ground. I have bad knees and a grab bar would have been nice.

WONDERFUL STAY

Liked: The staff was excellent and the breakfast was good also. Lovely view of the ocean where my room was located.
Disliked: It was hair all over the sofa needed to be vacuum

Liked: Breakfast was decent. Location was great. Kid friendly ans dog friendly.
Disliked: The fireplace in the room did not work . The soap was very small to wash hands with. And there was only one. No soap in the kitchen. No broom to sweep the floor. Hot tub was out of order. And the couches were all terrible! We rented 4 rooms. All of the couches in each room were terrible. The older women with short blond/white hair did not knownwhat wad going on and said things she did not know that we're incorrect. Several mistakes she made.

Nice rooms, but not quiet.

Liked: Check in person was great! He was mostly self sufficient (maybe a newer employee?), but his colleague was great about showing him how to process something he hadn't experienced yet. She was efficient and was quickly back to checking in her guest. He was friendly, made conversation while working through our check in. Great team work. The location was great! Beach within walking distance, was off the main street so little traffic. We had the spa tub suite, which was well appointed and clean with lots of towels.
Disliked: Fully admit to sensory issues, but not directly overhead room was way noisier then should have been tolerated. We ended up moving rooms at 1AM, then able to sleep fine. Did get the feeling from evening staff that we were the problem because we didn't grin and bear the repeated noise. Part of the issue was due to rooms that are not carpeted to help insulate against noise, but most was due to inconsiderate neighbors.

Exceptional

Liked: The property manager was amazing and extremely helpful. I also love the views!
Disliked: There have been issues with the elevator malfunctioning.
