Liked: The only thing that’s “good” about the property is that it’s right at the beach.
Disliked: Right off the bat, we checked in and were put on the 3rd floor. We grab our luggage and ask where the elevator is and she says oh the elevator is broken the stairs are that way.. we had to lug our luggage up 3 flights of stairs and everytime to go outside or to leave to the event we came for we had to go up and down 3 flights of stairs every single time!! We had to initial a document saying we would not open the sofa bed. What the heck??!!The room was so dated and not that clean.. the bed was very uncomfortable (thank god we only needed it for one night before our room was available at the resort our event was being held at. The shower was gross! There were long black hairs in the tub, the tub was covered in chips and the grout was solid black with mold!!The shower had the 3 things on the wall for shower wash, shampoo and conditioner ALL 3 were EMPTY!! Nothing in them, I opened them up and there was NOTHING inside!! You can see where something with product would be inserted in the thingy but they were empty. The shower wasn’t turning on. No water came out so I went to call the front desk and the phone wasn’t working either!! I called the front desk on my cell phone about the no water. She said oh you have to pull out and turn. The shower tap was one of those long thin ones that you turn clockwise to run the water and adjust the temp. Never in my life have I had to pull a shower tap like that to take a shower. What a joke. I have pictures of the mold and hair, nasty!!!!The only good thing about this place is its location. I slept in my clothes because it just felt so dirty. I do not recommend this place to anyone

Great location and breakfast but...

Liked: Great location, right on the beach. The room was clean and spacious. The continental breakfast was also great!
Disliked: Lots of the facilities were out of order or unavailable like the sauna and pool. Also, the elevators and some stairways were out of order so it was difficult to get to the room.
