Liked: Cleanliness.
Disliked: Terrible breakfast: very few choices, most of them unhealthy and super processed. A loud fan is linked to the bathroom light, so using the bathroom at night means waking others. No shelves in the shower stall to place a soap or shampoo; no soap dish next to the sink. The coffee maker could use instructions; never figured out how to boil water for tea - frustrating. Staff coverage at the front desk is spotty. Pool was closed. This is a beach hotel that does not provide beach chairs or umbrellas or towels. All cups, plates, and utensils, in the entire hotel, are disposable, going directly into the landfill. There should be a fine for that.

Great hotel!

Liked: The hotel was remarkably clean. The staff took excellent care of us there, and went wayyyy above and beyond our expectations. The suite was very well laid out and spacious and the fact that it was a smaller hotel was nice. I dont think I could of found anything negative to say about this place if I tried. This is going to be our hotel for now on when we visit Emerald Isle.

Extremely friendly staff, very clean...

Liked: Cleanliness, fresh linens, decor, and color choices, layout of the room because it had a separate sitting area, excellent working AC unit, comfortable bed, fantastic shower space
Disliked: The room only had one mirror in the bathroom, no grab bar in the shower, and only two towel hooks. Could've used another mirror in another room and more places to hang up wet towels. The courtesy bottles of body wash, lotion, and shampoo were very small.
