Liked: The Inn was so historic! We found the history photo book in the room off the lobby and were in awe!The room we stayed in clean and had good AC!
Disliked: My one and only critic which is kind of silly honestly, is that the room were were in had limited plugs. I also would have preferred a Keurig as opposed to the one cup coffee maker. But these did not sway our liking the room very much!!

Unhappy and would not recommend...

Liked: Close to the ocean
Disliked: We have never paid so much for so little. No real amenities in the room; it was not made up by the time we returned at 10 PM; we asked for one clean towel and were told they had none; towels would be delivered the next morning; we had to use damp towels as we left at 7:30. Very unhappy and it was the first time ever we didn’t leave a tip.

Liked: It was right on the water and the grounds were well maintained
Disliked: They had no walkways to the rooms. So you dragged your luggage over grass and I could see that you could possibly drag it over over mud. I also didn’t like the fact that we had to cut our stay short because we had to get home due to a storm and we ended up getting charged for the full day, I mean it wasn’t like they had people lined up to stay there for the season we booked

Don't go to the restaurant.

Liked: The location was good. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The two locks on the entry door did not work, as well as the bathroom door did not close. We had dinner and found a very long hair in my mouth that came out of soup. The restaurant manager never showed his face to us and had the poor waitress handle the situation. They didn't dump the soup and continued to serve it. DISCUSSTING.

Liked: The ocean, daily planned activities from the staff, fire pit and women playing guitar and singing(that was our favorite).
Disliked: The seaweed on the beach. A lot of dead horseshoe crabs on beach. Not the fault of the hotel, the weather was bad. Fireworks got cancelled on Sunday night.

Great location, excellent bar service...

Liked: Love the location right on the beach. Very quiet to sleep. Loved the coffee in the lobby. Adding some almond milk would be welcome.
Disliked: I continue to be amazed that they have not upgraded from a bar of soap and tiny shampoo provided. Also at check in there was no mention of the towels provided in the lobby.

Liked: It’s a family place, so rather noisy. So if you look for a quiet beach time this is not the place. If you are a family with younger kids it’s perfect
