VERY comfortable. I can’t wait...

Liked: The staff was AMAZING! The rooms were so comfortable! The absolute best location to stay in for Key West.
Disliked: The roosters were SO loud but if you’re tired enough you could sleep through it. A less busy time of the year I would possibly ask for an upstairs room.

Fantastic but too short.

Liked: It was lovely and quaint and in an amazing spot. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast and cocktails were great. We were also in the thimble room which was lovely.
Disliked: Nothing

Our stay at this boutique...

Liked: The property was really pretty with plants and flowers everywhere. The hotel was well maintained. The location was great.
Disliked: The lighting in our room and I think every room was not good reading light. You had to get out of bed to turn them off. The bathroom was a bit small but they did the best they could in a small space.

Liked: Very nice. Very friendly.
Disliked: Roosters at 4am. Parking was tough,room was nice after we got proper room but staff made up for it.

Exceptional

Unique and lovely facility but...

Liked: Poor start. Parking was a nightmare. Getting luggage from car to room was very difficult. One guest had a second floor room up a very steep staircase with no available assistance.
