Perfect

Liked: Very large bedroom if compared with the average, clean, with luxurious furnitures. Bed extremely comfortable, very soft and large.Breakfast takes place in very elegant and cozy rooms, it has a great variety of foods and very good quality.I definitely recommend this hotel. Everything was perfect.

Liked: Great location, quiet. The room was clean with a 1960 feeling. Small balcony with 2 chairs for enjoying the morning coffee ☕. Soft clean beds, with an additional one for a toddler provided by the staff.
Disliked: Booking.com lists this hotel as having a dedicated parking - and it has... 3 parking spots, of course already reserved. They recommend a nearby underground parking for 25 eur / 24 hours (which was actually 32 eur). Breakfast was tasty, but don't go in too late, they don't refill some of the items after 9:20 or so.Pushing open the door to our room was a feat of strength 💪

Liked: We received a friendly welcome at the Carlton Ambassador and had been told we received a free upgrade. The room we had was very nice and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the garden. Everyone was kind and helpful, I would definitely come again.
