Liked: The waiting and reception staff were very good
Disliked: The biggest issue was the inflexibility of the chef! I have an intolerance to dairy and meat. I asked how they could accommodate me and was told the chef would not veer off the menu. He could take things off but I would still have to pay for the full dish! I ended up with bread and olive oil, balsamic and olives for lunch. Luckily we chose to eat in the local pubs for the two evening meals. It was so warm during our stay and the hotel has no air conditioning. I also expected to have a fridge in the room but there isn’t even water supplied to the room.
