Beautiful gardens and reset of...

Liked: Everything was great
Disliked: We didn't have a wardrobe in the room. There were only some hangers and one shelf, which was very high. We ended up keeping our clothes on the desk and chairs.

Liked: Beautiful gardens to explore, very friendly and helpful staff.Wonderful food.
Disliked: Fire doors on the room make a very loud bang. I know these places have to have fire doors, however for those sensitive to loud sudden noise this was a little bit challenging for me

Very relaxing break for 1.

Liked: Plenty of choice for breakfast. The hydrotherapy pool wasn’t busy and plenty of beds to sit in the Spa suite. Staff very friendly and helpful. The grounds of Lifehouse are fabulous, there were muntjac deers and squirrels that I saw. If you go it’s a must to wander around the lakes.
Disliked: Going home 😢

Liked: The staff were brilliant, helpful and always polite. The breakfast, lunch and especially dinner were very good. The gardens Room looking out to the lake and gardens The toiletries in the room
Disliked: The place looks like it needs TLCwalls, rooms, some amenities need updating and maintaining The pool and hydro pool area needs work & updating and half the hydro pool wasn’t working The room was ok but not worth the high price

Disliked: We couldn’t use spa facilities before check in - we were advised as didn’t book directly it would be an extra charge of £29, same on checking out - sadly wasn’t impressed at all,,,, tried to book join massage only was told they didn’t have anyone available on that day so we had to choose alternative ,,, when we went to order water ( as there was none in the room )to take to room from bar was rudely told by female staff at the bar that we can’t be there in dressing gown ( we were passing and not going to be seated regardless),,, wouldn’t rush to return

Liked: Breakfast was fairly standard hotel breakfast, Room was contemporary,large, comfortable bed and fabulous view overlooking a stunning garden, with lakes and trees. The staff were efficient and friendly.The hotel has lots of seating areas where you can just read a book. The grounds are extensive , the spa was busy during the day, but you could swim, early morning and late evening.
Disliked: The room was missing a fridge. Swimmers would appreciate an outside pool.
