Disliked: Very basic. The configuration of the room was awkward and small. There is really no front desk service.

Liked: Daniel Gonzalez from the front desk was one of the absolute highlight. Really helpful and friendly at all times

Disliked: high humidity in the room, all clothes had a bad smell, The sinks had a poor construction, which meant that the water did not drain properly

Liked: The hotel is so wonderfully close to the nicest area of Miami Beach - and in walking distance to lovely bars, restaurants and the beach ... not much more you can wish for.
Disliked: Can't really think of anything.

Nice room, comfortable beds but...

Liked: The beds were very comfortable and the room was nice.
Disliked: We didn’t like that a large cockroach came crawling out of the bathroom on day 1. Didn’t have this experience with any other hotel we stayed in Miami over the past years.
