Perfect stay in Long Island...

Liked: We stayed 8 days in Long Island City and had a fantastic time! The room was spacious for New York standards, very clean, with daily linen change. Excellent location: just a few steps from the subway, with fast connections to Manhattan (a few minutes away from Fifth Avenue, in a central area). Great value for money, especially with breakfast included.The staff was extremely helpful, accommodating our request for a room on a specific floor and organizing a convenient transfer to and from JFK Airport.Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality!
Disliked: A small suggestion: it would be nice to offer a bit more variety at breakfast. Although there were many options (the waffles are good!), after a few days it felt slightly repetitive.Also, the juice pitchers were filled with a lot of ice, making the juice too cold for my taste, a no-ice option could be considered for those who prefer it differently. 😉

Great place to stay in...

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect, very near to two different metro station served by a many lines, it was very quick to reach any place we wanted to go. The Manhattan view from the window was beautiful and unexpected, really nice :) breakfast was perfect, a lot of choice and in an expensive city like New York it really helped us save a good amount of money. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. We really really loved staying at LIC Plaza Hotel, our stay was perfect

Liked: The room was very clean. Everything in the bathroom was OK. On request, it was no problem to get another towel. Beds were quite hard. But it was still OK.Few storage options. The microwave was located where the suitcase would fit. We hat the suitcases on the floor. Not so nice but finde for a few days.Temperature in the room was adjustable.Great breakfast for the USA. Everything was always replenished. Top coffee! Good location. Within 3-4 minutes you were at the subway and quickly in Manhattan.
Disliked: The tableware at breakfast were all made of plastic. Normal for USA but not nice.

Liked: Big bathroom, friendly receptionists, easy access to train station, small cozy hotel.
Disliked: Some things need to be fixed like the soap holder. It was coming off. Maybe they need to keep it maintained often.

Liked: Nice clean bathrooms, hot water readily available, decent breakfast , nice beds, good location, close to queensboro plaza, nice boba tea nearby, good location. No halal food options nearby. Friendly staff. Allowed early check in.
Disliked: For 4 people the room was a bit tight.
