Welcoming staff and a good...

Liked: It's impossible to find hotel rooms for Miami University during busy weekends, like graduation, and this was a closer drive than most places in Hamilton, OH. Staff were super friendly and nice. Bathroom renovated. Bed was relatively comfortable. Great if you just need a place to sleep.
Disliked: Area was a little sketchy at night.

Disliked: After paying kind of a high price for the room a $10 resort fee was added to basically what was just a room. no breakfast or anything. next time i will drive a little further to get a national chain for the same price, with no resort fee and has a breakfast.

The staff had an outstanding...

Liked: The staff was amazing. Great customer service. Staff was prepared to go above and beyond for guest.
Disliked: The property needs to be updated with renovations.
